Board Development & Coaching

This package includes an organizational needs assessment and capacity building plan that articulates your top three areas of growth and strategies to get you started in re-energizing your Board’s work and role. 

The organizational needs assessment outlines three key components to reach your future destination: a crystallized vision of success, current blocks and barriers, and an agreed-upon team work plan with roles. The needs assessment also provides recommendations for organizational development strategies to build capacity over time to fulfill your goals. On-going coaching support provides a supportive experience for both Staff and Board Leaders, resulting in an inclusive plan all leaders have helped to shape.

Organizational Transition Package (for Executive Leadership Changes)

This 3-month support package includes:

  • Two facilitated work planning sessions to co-create a shared vision of a successful transition and key components of your transition plan inclusive of organizational priorities

  • Executive leadership transition coaching for outgoing and incoming Executive Directors, working with them 1:1 and in a pair to co-create learning and leadership development goals, as well as goals for the transition period. Monthly coaching includes two 60-minute confidential coaching sessions, totaling six sessions over a three month engagement

  • Board Development Support, including facilitating a Board Needs and Asset Assessment with a situational analysis (digging into the history and context of a group and situation)

  • A supported, confidential, inclusive process for key leaders to know their role in leading the transition work
